Olives ripen naturally, so they have absorbed all the power of nature.

Halkidiki olives are classic Greek olives. Halkidiki green olives are grown exclusively in the region of the Halkidiki peninsula in northern Greece. These olives have a recognizable crisp flesh and a characteristic acidity. These olives are harvested from September to October.

Kalamata olives are known worldwide for their size and rich, pleasant flavor. They are harvested when fully ripe, giving them a deep purple hue.

Kalamata olives have a mild flavor achieved by harvesting them relatively late - from mid-November to late December when they are fully ripe. They taste sour at first; then, you perceive a light note of caramel.

The blend is unique because you can simultaneously taste two legendary varieties of real Greek olives. In addition, natural additives (paprika) give the olives a distinctive, spicy taste and aroma.

Olives can be used in a variety of dishes. For example, try using them to make a classic Greek salad, add them to pizza, or use them to complement meat, poultry, or fish dishes. Or eat them plain as an appetizer.
