Shrimp Saganaki

– ½ kg shrimps (fresh or frozen)
– 5 tablespoons Korvel Extra Virgin olive oil
– tomato sauce
– feta cheese
– 2 garlic cloves
– 2 tablespoons parsley
– 1 cup ouzo
– ground black pepper

Cooking method: 
Wash and salt the shrimps. Put the pan on the fire and add 5 tablespoons Korvel Extra Virgin olive oil.

As soon as the oil heats up, add the shrimps and cut in half a garlic, fry for 1-2 minutes on each side, until they change color.

After that, add the ouzo and stew for 1 minute. Then, add the tomato sauce with feta cheese and ground black pepper.

Stew for 2-3 minutes, add chopped parsley and serve.
