Meatballs in tomato sauce

Portions: 3

– 700g minced meat
– 5 tablespoons KORVEL Greek Extra Virgin Olive oil with Mediterranean Herbs
– 3 slices of bread, soaked in water
– 2 grind grated onion
– 1 egg
– tomato sauce with basil
– flour for frying
– finely chopped fresh parsley
– mint (by preference)

Cooking method: 
Mix all ingredients

Form meatballs

Pass them through the flour and fry in a lot of olive oil in a deep frying pan until cooked

Heat the tomato sauce, add the meatballs and stew 10 minutes.

Take away from fire and serve up.
