Ingredients:
– 4 cups freshly cut lettuce
– ½ cup chopped fresh onion
– 1 tomato cut into cubes
– 1 cucumber cut into cubes
– ½ green pepper cut into cubes
– Korvel Extra Virgin Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar

Cooking method: 
In a large bowl add the lettuce, fresh onion, tomato, cucumber and green pepper. Mix to combine.

Drizzled with Korvel Extra Virgin Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar and season with salt.

Mix to combine & serve.

Tip: Goes perfectly with meat, chicken or fish
