Fried Fish Fillet

– 1 kg fish fillets of your preference
– ½ cup flour
KORVEL Extra Virgin Olive oil with Mediterranean Herbs
– salt

Cooking method: 
Combine flour and salt into a large bowl and dip fish fillets into the mixture.

In a large pan, pour KORVEL Extra Virgin Olive oil with Mediterranean Herbs and heat on medium fire.

Fry the fish fillets until golden color is achieved.

Remove fillets from fire and place them into a paper towel. Leave aside for 2 minutes and serve.

Tip: Goes perfectly with freshly cut vegetables
