From Confirmed Specification to Packed Product
Reliable production starts long before the filling line. For every confirmed programme, we align the product, packaging and documentation requirements with the intended market, then follow the agreed specification through preparation, packing and release.
Project specification
We define the target product, destination market, packaging format, forecast volume and required documentation together with the customer.
Materials confirmation
The selected oil, container, closure, label, carton and other packaging components are confirmed against the approved commercial and technical brief.
Blending and filtration
Extra virgin olive oil is prepared through controlled blending and filtration processes within the scope of our IFS Food certification.
Filling and packing
The product is filled and packed in the confirmed format, including suitable glass bottles or tin containers according to the approved programme.
Labeling and checks
Artwork, product coding, label placement and packaging presentation are checked against the confirmed requirements before release.
Release and shipment
Finished goods are prepared for dispatch together with the applicable documentation agreed for the product, customer and destination market.

Our certified production scope covers the blending, filtration and packaging of extra virgin olive oil in glass bottles and tin cans. The facility is organized to support both KORVEL products and private-label programmes, with requirements confirmed individually for each project.

KORVEL’s Acharnes facility is certified at IFS Food Higher Level for the blending, filtration and packaging of extra virgin olive oil in glass bottles and tin cans. The current certificate and supporting audit documentation are available to professional buyers on request.
Certified Organic Operator
KORVEL is certified for organic olive oil preparation, packaging, labeling and export. Organic status is confirmed only for products and activities covered by the applicable certification and project documentation. The current operator certificate is available on request.
