The complexity of a recipe: light
Cooking time: 1h and 15min
– 1 oblong eggplant, cut into 8 slices
– 1 zucchini, cut into 8 slices
– 3 colored peppers, cut into 8 pieces
– 1 large onion, cut in 8 pieces
For the marinade:
– ¾ tea cup Korvel Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– juice from ½ lemon
– 1 clove garlic, crushed
– ½ tsp thyme
– ½ tsp oregano
– salt, pepper
Wash and dry the vegetables.
Then pass the skewers alternately and when finished, put them in a bowl and pour the marinade.
Leave them in the marinade, at least 1 hour.
Then bake the vegetables skewers on the grill until browned from all sides.
Finally, we make a mustard sauce by hitting wet mustard, KORVEL Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon, oregano, salt and pepper.
Pour and serve.
