Spicy chicken in tomato sauce

Cooking time: 40 min
– 2 pcs diced chicken breast
– tomato sauce with chili pepper
– 80ml Korvel Extra Virgin olive oil
– 100g cubed cheese
– 50ml white wine
– salt, black ground pepper
Fry the chicken in Extra Virgin Olive Oil for 5 min.
Add the wine, then the tomato sauce with chili and stew for 5 minutes.
Then, add the cheese and stir. Put the chicken on 2 little pans and bake in the oven at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes.
Take out of the oven and serve up.
