Sea bream with lemon flavored with EVOO and paprika

Cooking time: 15 min
– 2 breams
– 70 ml Korvel Extra Virgin olive oil
– 1 tablespoon of paprika
– 1 lemon
– 4 bay leaves
– extra salt to enhance flavor
Remove the fish bowels, wash the fish thoroughly inside and outside. Dry it with paper napkins and rub it with a little salt.
Cut the lemon in half, then put one half aside and cut another one in rings. Put 2-3 lemon rings and 2 bay leaves inside each fish.
Preheat your oven to 190°C, then cover the dripping pan with a sheet of wax paper.
Mix Extra Virgin Olive Oil with paprika.
Put both fishes on the dripping pan and sprinkle generously with this mixture.
Bake for 10-15 minutes (depending on the size of the fish), or until the fish is cooked through.
Sprinkle the juice from the remaining half of the lemon onto the fish and then dish up.
