Rice Cakes with Avocado Sauce and Smoked Salmon

– 4 rice cakes
– 100g smoked salmon
– 1 ripe avocado, chopped
– 3 tsp Korvel Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– juice from 1 lime
– salt, pepper
– chopped dill

Cooking method: 
Put the avocado, lime juice, salt, pepper and Extra virgin olive oil in a blender. Puree until smooth.

Spread the Avocado Sauce in the rice cakes.

Cut smoked salmon in 4 pieces and place them above each rice cake.

Add some drops of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and some chopped dill for Extra Taste and…
