– 1 can garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained (keep the liquid aside)
– 2 teaspoons ground cumin
– 1 garlic clove, crushed
– 1 tablespoon Korvel Extra Virgin olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
Mix the garbanzo beans (chick peas), salt, olive oil, garlic and cumin in a blender or food processor.
Then, blend on low speed, gradually adding the bean liquid that you kept before, until desired consistency is achieved.
