BBQ Skewers

– 1 ½ kg pork shoulder cut into pieces
– 12 bamboo skewers
– 1 green pepper
– 1 red pepper
– 1 zucchini
– 1 red onion
– Ellatika Infused Olive Oil for Meat
– salt

Cooking method: 
Wash vegetables thoroughly. Cut into chunks and place them into a large bowl.

Add the pork cubes into the bowl, season with salt and Ellatika Infused Olive Oil for Meat, then toss to combine.

Prepare the skewers by alternating pork and vegetables.

Preheat the outdoor grill for medium heat and place the skewers on a grate. Turn the skewers occasionally until cooked.

Tip: Goes perfectly with grilled vegetables or freshly cut salad
