The complexity of a recipe: light
Cooking time: 40 min
– 1 kg octopus
– Korvel Extra Virgin olive oil
– Korvel pitted green olives 50g
– Tomato sauce with olives
– 1 cup of red wine
– Bay leaf, black ground pepper, salt
Heat the olive oil, add the octopus, stew and add the wine.
Leave to stew for 10 minutes, then add tomato sauce with olives, salt, pepper, bay leaf.
Stew on low heat until it gets tender, add the half- cut olives.
Remove from fire and serve up.
