Mussels Saganaki

– 500g mussels
– 400g tomato sauce
– 5 tablespoons Korvel Extra Virgin olive oil
– ½ cup of red wine
– 2 tablespoons dill
– 2 tablespoons parsley
– 3 garlic cloves diced
– 100g feta cheese

Cooking method: 
In a deep frying pan, warm up the olive oil, fry the garlic, add the tomato sauce with red wine, parsley and dill, stew for 2-3 minutes.

Then, add mussels and feta cheese, stir and stew 5 minutes, stir 2 more times, cook until ready, remove from fire and serve.
