1kg flour for all purposes
1 tsp sugar
3 tsp salt
2 1/2 caps of warm water
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves chopped
10 Kalamata Olives KORVEL and 10 Green Olives KORVEL, pitted and sliced
Extra Virgin Olive Oil KORVEL
1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Add 1/2 cup olive oil and the thyme to the bowl and then stir to combine.
2. Sift the flour, sugar and salt together and then add to the yeast mixture, stirring to combine. Knead the dough until smooth, and then add the kamalata and green olives KORVEL and combine.
3. Cover the bowl and let dough in a warm area for 1 hour until doubled in size.
4. Preheat the oven to 350 ℉ / 180 ℃ and bake for about 30 minutes.
For extra taste add some Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Infused Olive Oil for Greek Salad Ellatika above the Olive Bread!
Slice and ready to serve!
