BBQ Skewers
Ingredients: 
  • 1 ½ kg pork shoulder cut into pieces

  • 12 bamboo skewers

  • 1 red onion cut into chunks

  • 1 green pepper cut into chunks

  • 1 red pepper cut into chunks

  • 1 zucchini cut into chunks

  • ELLATIKA Infused Olive Oil Herbs & Spices for Meat

  • Salt

Cooking method: 

Wash vegetables thoroughly. Cut into chunks and place them into a large bowl.

Add the pork cubes into the bowl, season with salt and ELLATIKA Infused Olive Oil Herbs & Spices for Meat, then toss to combine.

Prepare the skewers by alternating beef and vegetables.

Preheat the outdoor grill for medium heat and place the skewers on a grate. Turn the skewers occasionally until cooked.

Tip: Goes perfectly with grilled vegetables or freshly cut salad
